1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AI Shop Manager ("we", "us", "our") covering your access to and use of aishopmanager.com and its sub-pages (together, the "Website"). By browsing the Website, submitting any form, or joining the waitlist, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who we are

AI Shop Manager is a software/product brand operated by DukanBoxx. This Website is the official pre-launch site for the AI Shop Manager platform: it presents the product vision, publishes resources and guides, collects early-access interest and publishes planned membership pricing. The AI Shop Manager platform itself is not yet generally available; features described here represent planned capabilities and may change before launch. DukanBoxx and AI Shop Manager are one business — a product brand and its operating identity — not two separate providers.

3. Use of this website

You may browse, link to and share the Website freely for personal or business information purposes. You agree not to:

• misrepresent this Website as a live product launch or misrepresent the product's development status;
• use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download or index form submissions or other non-public data;
• interfere with the Website's operation, security or infrastructure, including attempting to bypass rate limits or spam protections;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form.

4. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist or early-access list adds your contact details to our launch-update list. Waitlist participation:

• is voluntary and free;
• does not create a paid account, licence or guarantee of product access;
• does not guarantee any particular order, priority or position for onboarding, except where a specific benefit (such as priority beta access) is expressly stated;
• may be withdrawn by you at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may remove duplicate, fraudulent or bot-generated entries without notice.

5. Founding Member offer

Where we advertise a founding-member benefit (for example, a stated lifetime discount for waitlist members), the following applies: the offer is tied to joining the waitlist before the stated deadline or slot limit; the exact discount percentage, its duration and the eligible plans will be confirmed in the launch offer terms; and we may correct obvious errors in promotional copy. The offer is a launch benefit for early supporters — it is not a discount on any current service, because no paid service exists yet.

6. Memberships, plans and pricing

The Website publishes planned membership pricing for the AI Shop Manager platform: the Growth and Business plans, each with monthly and yearly billing options as shown on the Pricing page. The following applies:

• all prices shown are pre-launch prices in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated before official launch;
• plan features, limits (such as AI generations, staff users, products or branches) and inclusions may change before launch; where a capability is planned but not yet implemented, it is labelled accordingly;
• no payments are currently collected — no payment gateway is connected to this Website, and displaying a plan or price does not create a binding sale;
• when payments open at launch, checkout will clearly show the selected plan, price, billing cycle and any applicable taxes or charges before you confirm;
• only the plans published on the Pricing page exist at this stage; plan availability may change.

7. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Once memberships open: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period paid for; and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payment failures are notified by email before any service reduction. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You must not submit content that is defamatory, infringing, abusive or unlawful, and you must not use the Website to distribute spam or malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or block access for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The AI Shop Manager name, logo, brand materials, website design, text, graphics and code are owned by AI Shop Manager or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may quote short excerpts of our public resources with attribution and a link; any other reproduction of substantial content requires our written permission.

10. Product previews and concept visuals

Visualisations on this Website — including interface mock-ups, the AI core, QR concepts and feature previews — are illustrative product concepts. They do not represent finished software, and no functionality shown is active on this Website. Screens or figures shown in mock-ups are fictional examples for design purposes only.

11. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. Resource articles are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Shop Manager and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Website — which, as the Website is free, is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Third-party services

The Website relies on third-party infrastructure: hosting and edge delivery (Cloudflare), database storage (Cloudflare D1 and Supabase), transactional email delivery (Resend), and external imagery where credited (such as Unsplash). Your use of data submitted through forms is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the independent terms or practices of these providers' consumer-facing services.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product and Website evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
