Overview

AI Shop Manager is a software/product brand operated by DukanBoxx. The platform is in active development. This privacy policy applies to this public pre-launch website; when the AI Shop Manager platform launches, a complete product privacy policy will be published covering the product itself.

Form submissions (waitlist, early access & contact)

At AI Shop Manager, we value your privacy. We strictly collect names, email addresses, and business descriptions via our waitlist forms solely for verification and account setup. When you submit a form, the details you enter are sent through a secure serverless API, stored in a secured database, and delivered as a notification to our official mailbox, [email protected].

We use secure databases with active row-level security and never share, sell, or distribute your private information to unauthorized third-party networks. Your email address is used as the Reply-To of the notification so the team can reply directly to you; it is never used as the sender. Basic spam protection (a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting) is applied to the forms.

Where your details are stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database owned by AI Shop Manager, with a mirrored copy in a secured Supabase table protected by row-level security — meaning outside visitors can submit their own details but can never read, modify, or export anyone else's information. Notification emails are delivered through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf.

Anonymous visit counting

To understand overall interest in the platform, this website counts page views anonymously: only a device class (for example, mobile or desktop) and an irreversible, non-identifying hash are stored. Your IP address, browser details and identity are never stored, and this data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Information we do not collect

This website does not use advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and no user accounts exist on this website.

Third-party services

Form notifications are delivered through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf, and submissions are stored in the databases described above. Only the details you submit through the forms are included in those notifications. Apart from hosting (Cloudflare Pages), database storage (Cloudflare D1 and Supabase) and email delivery (Resend), no data is shared with third-party services.

When the product launches

When the AI Shop Manager platform launches, a complete product privacy policy will be published describing exactly what data the product collects, why it is collected, how it is protected and how you can control it. The product is being planned to support integrations such as messaging and social platforms (for example WhatsApp/Meta), Google services (for example reviews and maps), AI providers for assistant and content features, and payment processors for membership billing. None of these integrations are active through this website today; each will be disclosed in the launch privacy policy only if and when it is actually connected, together with what data it involves.
